1 About CareBong

CareBong operates solely as a health tour referral and booking support platform. CareBong does not directly organize, operate, or execute any medical tourism programs.

2 Tour Operator

All medical tourism programs featured on CareBong’s platform are organized and operated by Rovi Travel Co., Ltd.

Rovi Travel

Official tour organizer and operator. All service contracts, itineraries, transportation, accommodation, medical services at the destination, and tour guides are managed directly by Rovi Travel.

3 Allocation of Responsibilities

CareBong is responsible for:

Providing tour information, assisting with registration, advising on suitable packages, connecting customers with Rovi Travel, and pre-departure customer support.

Rovi Travel is responsible for:

All tour operations including but not limited to: transportation, accommodation, medical services at the destination, tour guides, and handling any incidents during the tour. All risks and incidents occurring during the tour are the sole responsibility of Rovi Travel.

4 Limitation of CareBong’s Liability

CareBong shall not be held liable for any issues arising during the tour, including:

Accidents, injuries, or medical incidents during the journey
Itinerary changes due to weather, natural disasters, or force majeure
Quality of medical services or accommodation at the destination
Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings
Any direct or indirect damages arising during the tour

5 Contact & Complaints

For complaints related to tour operations, please contact Rovi Travel directly. CareBong will assist as an intermediary in the resolution process when necessary.
