Please read the notes below carefully before departure to ensure your medical wellness journey goes as smoothly as possible.
Children Policy
- Under 5 years old: 100% free of the tour price. Parents cover any additional costs related to meals, sightseeing tickets and other child-related expenses.
- From 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 75% of the adult tour price (with a separate car seat). For families with two children in this age range, the second child onward is charged the adult price.
- From 10 years old and above: Full package pricing applies the same as for adults.
Diet & Health
Because these medical tours may include detox, screening or specialized treatment, dietary planning plays a key role in each guest’s recovery process.
If you have special needs regarding dietary restrictions or vegetarian meals, or if you have chronic conditions requiring extra attention, please notify the travel company at least 5 days before departure.
Identity Documents
- Guests aged 14 and above: Bring the original version of a national ID card, citizen ID card, passport, driver’s license, or another valid identity confirmation document for flight procedures.
- Children under 14 years old: Original birth certificate or a valid notarized extract copy.
- Extremely important note: Documents must be original, legible, unexpired and free from alterations. The registered tour name must match every character on the identity document exactly. Airlines may refuse transport if the name is incorrect.
